This week’s Director Selects features some very important audience members. Instead of artists, this week I’m interviewing eight CSUN students who have participated in our campus engagement activities and have been beneficiaries of the student ticket fund. It is inspiring to hear their observations about The Soraya and the artists who have performed here.
At The Soraya, we consider building the audiences of the future to be one of our foremost responsibilities. When I am making programming decisions, I am imagining who will fill the seats as much as the artists on the stage. It’s something we do well at The Soraya – attracting audiences from all ages and walks of life. I hope you’ll take a minute to hear from these new audience members and to consider making a donation to the student ticket fund.
Gratefully,
